Sexual health and reproductive health for women in vulnerable conditions in Veraguas and Chiriquí

This year, CDNA worked with the Panamanian Association for Family Planning (APLAFA) to undertake a project designed by CDNA and APLAFA directors.  The project aimed to provide clinical medical care to impoverished women and female adolescents attending the APLAFA health clinics in Santiago and David in Panama.  The care that APLAFA provided with CDNA funds included gynecological care, long-term family planning, regular prenatal and pediatric visits for 45 women and adolescent females, and monthly pediatric visits for ten newborns.
