During 2023, the HIV detection and treatment clinic was funded by AHMNP, and CDNA had numerous successes. The clinic has been a crucial safe space for conducting confidential rapid HIV tests. Additionally, it diagnosed hundreds of new HIV and MPOX cases and later promptly linked the patients to the nearest Ministry of Health clinics.  The clinic has also aided in providing PrEP (pre-exposure HIV prophylaxis), coupled with the distribution of condoms and periodic screening for other sexually transmitted infections, such as syphilis.  Furthermore, as with past years, the clinic has played a pivotal role in the diversification of the delivery of antiretroviral medications to patients affected by the inability to travel to other obligations, social unrest, clinics due to and street closures in both the regional and highland territories. This effort ensures a significant reduction in patient HIV care.
