Due to social distancing guidelines, our annual in-person medical conference, usually in Santiago, Panama, became an online international tropical medicine course. Change can be helpful and allow great enhancements to the Conference. We were lucky to have 38 speakers from Latin America and the United States, with more than 2500 participants from 22 countries. In terms of attendance and reach, it was the most successful Conference to date.
